After you place an order we call or text the mobile number you gave to confirm it. Confirmed orders are packed the same day and handed to the courier the next morning. You receive a tracking code by SMS.
You may open the outer parcel and check the box before paying the courier. If something is wrong, refuse the parcel and message us.
